Terms

StatusThe full bank isn't on sale yet. These terms apply from the day it is.

Who we are

Klartext is run by Klartext LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, PO Box 153, Lake Ann, MI 49650. Write to us at support@klartext.one.

Who sells to you

Paddle sells Klartext on our behalf as our merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and processes refunds. Your card statement will show PADDLE.NET* KLRTXT.ONE (PayPal: PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET). Product questions go to us at support@klartext.one. For payment questions, Paddle's buyer help is at paddle.net. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment: paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. They're Paddle's own terms, and Paddle may change them.

What you buy

A license to use the Klartext practice question bank and mock exam for the CompTIA Server+ exam series, in the Klartext app at klartext.one. You're buying access, not ownership of the questions. The price is $29, paid once. US sales tax is added where it applies; in the UK and EU, VAT is included. There's no subscription.

How long access lasts

For the life of the exam series as Klartext offers it. Your SK0-005 purchase includes the questions we publish for SK0-006 and later Server+ versions. Access doesn't expire while we offer the series.

If we stop offering the Server+ series, we'll say so on klartext.one at least 90 days before access ends. Before access ends, you can download the questions and explanations for your own study.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the bank for your own study.

Your order ID unlocks the full bank on up to 5 browsers or devices at a time. Each browser counts on its own, and a browser whose site data has been cleared counts as a new one. A browser or device that hasn't renewed its access for 90 days frees its place; the app renews access by itself when you open it, about every three weeks. If you need a place sooner, write to support@klartext.one with your order ID and we'll reset your devices. We may decline repeated requests that suggest an order ID is being shared.

Don't share your order ID, and don't copy, publish or resell the questions or explanations.

Updates and accuracy

Every question cites the exam objective it tests and the source for its facts, and it's checked before it's published. If you think something is wrong, write to support@klartext.one. We fix errors we confirm.

What we don't promise

The bank helps you prepare for the exam. It doesn't guarantee that you'll pass. Mock exam results show the percentage you got right. CompTIA doesn't publish how raw answers convert to its scaled score, so we don't predict one.

Refunds

See the refund page: klartext.one/refunds.

Trademarks

CompTIA and Server+ are registered trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. We create our own practice questions; Klartext isn't affiliated with or endorsed by CompTIA.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Klartext LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law where you live doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections that the law where you live gives you.

Changes to these terms

These terms and our refund page never change for a purchase once it's made. Your purchase is governed by the versions in force on the day you bought. If we change them, the changes apply only to purchases made after the change, unless you choose to accept them. Each version keeps its date on this page. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy aren't ours: Paddle may change them.
