Refunds

Full refund within 14 days if the product doesn't work or isn't as described. This rule comes first: nothing else on this page limits it.

1. Write to support@klartext.one within 14 days of buying, with your order ID and what's wrong. What counts is the day you write.
2. We reply within 3 days.
3. If we confirm the problem, we start a full refund through Paddle within 3 days and tell you when we have.
4. If we haven't finished checking, or can't get the product working for you, within 7 days of your message, we start the refund then, even if we can't find the cause.
5. If Paddle declines the refund, or holds it for review for more than 14 days, we refund you directly. We pay only the person named on Paddle's order, by a method we agree with you.

Try before you buy. The free 44-question preview in the app has the same kind of questions and explanations, in the same app, as the full bank. Because of that, we don't refund a change of mind.

Anything else we look at case by case.

Who you pay. Paddle sells Klartext on our behalf as our merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and processes refunds. Your card statement will show PADDLE.NET* KLRTXT.ONE (PayPal: PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET). Product questions go to us at support@klartext.one. For payment questions, Paddle's buyer help is at paddle.net.

Paddle's refund policy also applies: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. That policy is Paddle's, and Paddle may change it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal as Paddle's buyer terms describe it.

Once a refund goes through, your order ID stops unlocking the full bank. The free preview stays available.

Changes. This page never changes for a purchase once it's made: your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you bought. Changes apply only to purchases made after the change. Each version keeps its date on this page.
